On a Spiritual level, the more the body is freed from disease and pain (due to eating right and exercise) and having to try to digest ingredients in our food that were not meant for human consumption, the more energy is available for diving deep in Meditation and for Spiritual Insight…Awareness…Freedom to Live in a Higher Consciousness…a Deeper Awareness of our True Nature of Love.
For me, the Organic Raw Vegan Superfood Lifestyle…is an Awesome Lifestyle of Higher levels of Health and all that goes along with living in a Higher Level of Energy !
Freedom…freedom in having the energy to do those things you want to do with your family and friends and with work or your business.

I found this in The Master Key System…Fuel must be supplied in the form of food, for man cannot think without eating. (The Master Key System, Part 19, number 14 – 16)

Airgo, my thought goes to wanting the Highest Vibrational food, (Marine Pyhtopankton), the most Nutrient Dence Wholefood I can get, so as to Experience more of my True Nature of Health and Abundance !
My Day…
I Love starting each day with Yoga and Meditation, have some water, then Marine Phytoplankton, Green Organics…I do this three to four times a day…a Green Smoothie…at night, some salad or raw veggies (raw food)…and water through out the day!
