My Day…

I Love starting each day with Yoga and Meditation, then My FrequenSea a Green Smoothie, ElectriFire and Pulse 8…snacking here and there through the day on Pulse (raw food nuggets, Love it)…little later, Lunch time, a Pulse Bar (raw food bar, Yummy) or some of the Organic Wholefood Forevergreen Soup…around 2-3 PM more FrequenSea and ElectriFire and some more of my Green Smoothie…through out the day drinking Azul…at night, some salad or raw veggies (raw food) and Forevergreen Organic Wholefood Soup…before I go to bed, another sip of FrequenSea…I also Love the Truessence Essentail Oils !!!****** =)
